Fantasy done right the first part of the Kingkiller chronicles. If you enjoy great fantasy novels and are happy to jump into a book with a hefty page count there is much to recommend ‘The Name of the Wind’.
A Steampunk adventure set in Victorian London from the man who, if not the genre, at least has been said to have invented the term ‘Steampunk’.
In my personal opinion, there has never been a more eloquent and wonderful portrayal of Holmes and Watson, by any actors on screen, stage or radio than that of Clive Merrison and Michael Williams in the BBC Dramatisations by Burt Coules.
